How do you ship your cheesecakes?
Our shipping containers are state-of-the-art! It keeps the cold in and the heat out! All cheesecakes are shipped fully frozen. Our packaging will actually keep the product cold over 3 days, if properly maintained.
How far do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or any US owned island territories. Shipping is ONLY within continental USA.
My cheesecake was not frozen when it arrived - is it safe to eat it?
Yes, it is safe to eat a cheesecake that has arrived thawed out as long as it is still chilled.
Are your cheesecakes made to order?
Yes, our cheesecakes are made to order almost exclusively to ensure your cheesecake is the freshest possible. Occasionally, promotional or sale items may be baked ahead of time.
Can cheesecakes be re-frozen?
Yes, Cheesecakes can be refrozen - in fact they taste even better after they have been frozen. Frozen cheesecakes can last up to three months. We do not advise doing this in extreme hot places. |
